Terms and Conditions

While we make every effort to show the unique and personalized items and how they will appear, each earring, barrette, ornament, etc. will have its own unique coloring and pattern inside the item. We cannot guarantee that the pattern you see is the pattern you will get. If you want to see the pattern before it is mailed to you, we will be happy to send you a photo of the finished product before it ships. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order when payment is not legally made, any type of fraud is committed, or if an order is simply not viable for us to produce. 

Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars, and no orders will be shipped outside the United States. By providing us with credit card information, you authorize us to charge the card provided for the amount indicated, but any applicable shipping and/or fees. You certify that all payments are made legally and that you have the right to provide and use such payment methods. 

Cremated Remains put inside jewelry or any other crafted piece must be sent via United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Express Mail, and buyer must pay for shipping such items. Tracking numbers will be provided with orders containing Cremated Remains. You must contact us beforehand before sending any Cremated Remains in the mail for production in any piece or item.

All pieces of jewelry and products are copyrighted and for our use and distribution only. You agree to never use our logos, symbols, and products for anything other than their intended official use. Every effort will be made to produce a piece reasonably requested and within a reasonable time frame, but we reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason whatsoever if we reasonably deduce that it would violate someone or their beliefs, causes hatred towards a person or group, contains forbidden and/or unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, spam, etc., or for any other reason whatsoever as determined by management.

Harmony Family logos and symbols are property of Harmony Family and are for our official use only. You agree to never use our symbols, trademarks, and logos for any reason whatsoever. 

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If an order takes an exceptionally long time to process and/or make, we will made every attempt to notify you promptly of any delay, and the anticipated amount of delaly. 

We are not responsible for website errors, omissions, or hacking, and will do everything possible to keep your information safe and secure. We never sell or distribute your information, including emails. We may, from time to time, send you promotional emails and notifications of new items available. 

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail or while in transit, but will make every reasonable effort to assist the United States Post Office (USPS) in tracking and locating all items. 

These terms and conditions may be adapted and updated at any time without prior notice or consent of users.
